REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SERVICE OR SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH.
In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.
Regarding Training and digital software purchases: Obviously students cannot "unlearn" / return valuable training time. Digital Software also cannot be returned.
Due to the nature of our educational content (cannot unlearn something)
& software download access on your machine that cannot be returned there are

For Refunds: To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14 day period has expired. If leasing, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14 day period has expired.
Effects of cancellation: We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice (usually within 24-48 hours). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement unless paying by wire in which case a wiring fee may be reduced from the refund amount total.
